You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Johann Offner Werkzeugindustrie GmbH, Schwemmtratten 7, 9400 Wolfsberg, Tel.: +43(0)4352-0, Fax: +43(0)4352 2731-147, shop@offner.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached withdrawal form template, though this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at an average of EUR 4.50 to EUR 25.00, at most approximately EUR 155.00. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
