The terms set out in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal as set out in the section “Instructions on the right of withdrawal for consumers”.
Customers are requested to notify the seller by fax (04352/2731-147) or by email (shop@offner.at) before returning the goods. This allows the seller to assign the products as quickly as possible. Customers are requested to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the buyer, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure sufficient protection against damage during transport and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from damage caused by defective packaging.
